A lovely location and helpful staff. Having in building laundry was a huge plus! However the noise of traffic we could hear from our room was a huge downside and something potential clients should keep in mind when choosing this location.

The staff was friendly and professional. We had an issue when someone opened the door to our room on our second night, but the front desk and manager heard our complaint and compensated us, while assuring us that it would be addressed, as it appeared to be an employee entering the wrong room. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and being eco-friendly is a plus. The location is good for seeing all parts of Philadelphia.

There was an alarm going off in an electric room right next to our room that kept my wife up all night. Suggest that staff walk each floor to check for items like that.

Convenient, good rooms, nice views. The rooms weirdly had a kitchenette but no glasses or other basics in it. Also, the gym needed a serious cleaning. It's a great space to work out but there were literally balls of hair around the weight rack and the whole place needed a sweeping.

The hotel is very nice and my room had an amazing view of the city. The only thing i didn’t like is that they provide all disposable plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for their buffet breakfast- that feels immensely cheap and unnecessary not to mention how wasteful this is. Start serving breakfast with real plates and such - you are catering to adults, not children.
