Overall very nice, clean rooms, helpful staff, great location. Only four minutes from the nearest tube stop - which is a very important convenience factor to me. It also has a nice lounge area, and the breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice

The hotel is in a good location close to tub stations, resturants. And the major hop-on-hop-off buses have a stop right below hotel.
The room is not big but the hotel staff is very friendly, they have made efforts to make more as comfortable as they can.

When I checked in hotel, the staff was very good enough. But, even I stayed suitroom and I asked checked out lately-due to I saw guard line of staying- the staff who was other staff said I couldn't check out lately.
She was very unkind and speaked out very unlikely. Moreover, when I checked in, it was raining and food truck parked in front of main enterrence, I couldn't handle my baggues but nobody helped me. It was so weired, and I feel getting worst.
So, I just want to say, room is not bad, but the staffs have to be more educated what is the duty and service, and why they should help and welcoming guests.

The hotel I had originally chosen was full. Expedia operator suggested the caesar, which was nearby. When we arrived we were given a free upgrade. The price was reasonable, service was excellent, everything was very clean. The bedding was first rate.
