Only two problems ... we had to pay £9 to drop off luggage at the door & the air conditioner in the room was broken and blowing hot sir. they managed to stop the hot air from blowing but the cool air never came. Otherwise it would have been 5 star - staff some of the best in the capital.

This is my second time staying at Sofitel. It is a fantastic place to relax in comfort. From check in with Jude (a great guy) to having a drink in the bar. This hotel checks off everything on my list that makes me want to stay here again and again. See you next time Sofitel London!!

Quick stay before an early flight. Beautiful hotel, excellent condition the best location. However I use a CPAP and there was no power, therefore I had to suffer. I was also disappointed that there was no shampoo in the shower. For the price I did not expect these issues.
