The location of the hotel is perfect, the 2 hourly shuttle is very useful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotels best asset.
The rooms are spacious and linens were clean, beds comfortable. But the bathroom needed some attention, the bath in 128 was peeling, the water took forever to drain away, no extractor fan so mirrors were misted up. But this was a small detail which wasn't a big issue.
Nice to have a little fridge and microwave in room too.
No noise heard from adjoining rooms and peaceful nights were had.
Coffee available all day, a small onsite shop selling snacks, toiletries and drinks.
Breakfast was more than adequate, I would have liked to have eaten a little later but 9am, everything is packed up quite swiftly.

Was in town for a couple of days, on a mini vacation. Wanting to hit the beach, and play some discgolf. Got directions to the beach, and even though they never heard of discgolf, they were able to give me a list of nearby parks. I had a blast at the beach with the grandchildren, and played discgolf. Great vacation. Will definitely be back.

Josh at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had a nice river view room with a king bed which was very comfortable. Great location for sightseeing downtown and short drive to many different beaches. The free shuttle service to downtown was great...will stay here again!

West Ashley (population 54,000) was the site of many battles during the Revolutionary and American Civil wars. It is noted as the original site of Charleston by English colonists in 1670. Today, the historic site is known as Charles Towne Landing and it features Charleston’s zoo, gardens, and a reproduction of a 17th century sailing vessel.
