Great location within walking distance to most everything. Relaxing rooftop, comfortable room, continental breakfast, wine and cheese evenings, cookies, water, tea, lemonade and coffee all day. Helpful staff, hotel parking available, and grocery store next door. Booked for anniversary trip, and we were very pleased with our stay.

Here on business, with a block of 4 rooms. Bocci ball lane was fun, wifi was excellent (save 2nd floor for some reason), food at on-resort restaurant was excellent as well. Beautiful views and excellent pool at nearby on-resort hotel.

The Vendue Was the perfect location for two day stay in Charleston. Touring The local surroundings was easy with the hotel being only a half walk from the seawall. The staff assisted us with getting a riding tour of Charleston and provided other helpful information.

"Fantastic hotel close to all restaurants and shops"
Loved this hotel not only because of the location but also because the rooms were very clean and inviting. Our room was very quiet and peaceful which was very welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. The morning breakfast delivered to our room was wonderful! Small continental breakfast very simple but we felt very special as it was delivered on a silver tray. This was also the first time I was able to sleep comfortably thru the night in a hotel. Staff, especially Susu had wonderful recommendations on where to eat. I would definitely return!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They even spoke English!
Only drawback was the shower was warm and not hot and steamy. Maybe my room was too far out. Courtyard with pool was nicely landscaped. We chose this place because the place we stayed the night before was horrible.

West Ashley (population 54,000) was the site of many battles during the Revolutionary and American Civil wars. It is noted as the original site of Charleston by English colonists in 1670. Today, the historic site is known as Charles Towne Landing and it features Charleston’s zoo, gardens, and a reproduction of a 17th century sailing vessel.
