The room was clean and comfortable. For a hotel breakfast, it was excellent! All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating, especially the two gentlemen at the front desk on Sunday afternoon! The hotel is super close to the airport and all kinds of things to do, places to go downtown. I would definitely recommend it to others and will stay here again.

Our stay was fine. One of the things I can complain about is it being very hot in our rooms. We also had a bad interaction with Kenny Sm. He was extremely rude when we were just simply asking a question. He continued going back-and-forth instead of just being professional. We are the ones paying to stay in the hotel. He was so rude for no reason and gave no apology. The other man was very nice and apologized for him.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. The gym was adequate. I wish I had known that they have a special rate for people using the hotel for Hospital visits. I booked online and paid a higher rate, but found out that they have a special rate for our hospital patients. I was very surprised to know that the company offered that and I thought what a wonderful gift to those of us who were caring for our loved ones. Shout out to Holiday Inn and their compassion, unfortunately I had already paid Expediaand was not able to take advantage of this

Staff is courteous and attentive. While the room was clean with comfortable bed and sufficient room size, the hallways had a very noticeable, musty, and unpleasant odor (sewage gas or clogged pipes?) which made walking to our room a little unpleasant.
