Wonderful place for a getaway

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful, room was clean and they were very accommodating to our needs. It was easy to get to our venue and surrounding areas.

Usually don’t write reviews as soon as we walked in our room there was a roach on the wall we serve and we search for more just in case usually they come out in the daytime. That’s not a good sign, but nothing needs to happen. They offered to switch rooms that’s about it. Definitely think the cleaning staff needs to step up their game. There were multiple pins on the sewing pins I guess they would be called Tax. I’m not sure I found about four of them that were visible. I’ve stayed at this type of hotel for any issues we did we were not comfortable. We were possibly going to have roaches crawling on us

Too loud

It was very loud with teenagers running up and down the hall having on doors and slamming doors and talking loudly until almost midnight. Bed is too hard. Room is big and clean but can hear everything in the bathroom

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. Only complaint is that footsteps above us were very loud late at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay !!!

I love this hotel!!! I was in(from Phoenix)for my sister’s cancer surgery at Parkland Hospital. I got a wonderful discounted room rate. The place is clean great location and the staff is so incredibly friendly. I’ve never met a friendly or helpful staff !!! very clean and stress-free thank ya’ll so much.!!!
