We loved this hotel. The only issues were that the emergency exit to the lobby was locked and we couldn't open it during a fire alarm. We also did not like that we had to pay a ton of money for hotel parking and it wasn't included with our very expensive hotel room

Extremely noisy, paper walls in rooms

When we got to our room, the toilet had not been flushed. The hotel is EXTREMELY noisy. Whether it's the trains outside, some sort of equipment that was running every 5-10 minutes all night long, or the toilet that would start running extremely loudly, I can't say we got a good nights sleep. Need to invest in some sound proofing, the room had paper walls.
