Superb experience

Excellent customer service! This was a staycation for my wedding anniversary. I made the front aware that it was my anniversary and each day they made the day special with either rose petals or wine. The hotel was SPECTACULAR!

Completley remodeled hotel with large room and bathroom. Hot water in shower was instant, air conditioning was very adequate for the Texas heat and size of the room, and the decor was modern and comfortable. The pool and amenities were fantastic and the staff at the front desk and pool were incredible.

Everything was amazing. This Omni is my favorite for a staycation. The only concern was maintenance opened the door without knocking, thought I room had a leak. Thank goodness, I had the guard lock on so he could not open the door all the way. That was a safety concern. Otherwise, love the Omni!
