"Old-fashioned, near-luxury hotel in good location"
A friend and I stayed five nights at this older hotel in excellent location on "The Path" and next to Union Station in downtown Toronto. It was very clean and comfortable, with full services, good restaurants. Nice view. Near lots of shops. Our requests were readily met, such as getting a small fridge. Staff very pleasant. Bathroom and closet a tad small. HOWEVER, there were quite a few strange glitches in regard to the bill. First, we had not been told that $100 per day would be charged to my credit card "for incidentals," which would be refunded later if we had not incurred expenses. Unacceptable not have told us, outrageous in that of course hardly anyone would incur such costs and the hotel uses this gimmick to collect probably huge interest. Not only that, but there had been three additional mystery charges, including one for large quantities of vodka!! No vodka at all imbibed by us. All this is supposedly being fixed but I recommend that travelers check their credit charges closely.

"Great location and hotel!"
We had a fabulous one night stay here. Everything was perfect. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was wonderful. The ceiling height was beautiful and we had a great view. The room was immaculate and was furnished in very high end, modern furnishings. The King bed was to die for and the bedding was of very high quality. I checked out the health club and enjoyed the resistance pool, hot tub and sauna. The front desk staff were amazing. I felt they couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. We are already planning our return visit!!

Great stay. Staff were wonderful and extremely thoughtful. We were going to see the Book of Mormon and the staff sent up a note with a bowl of truffled popcorn to enjoy before the show. Amazing:) The only downfall was the hottub was not working and had black stuff coming out of the jets. They really needed a sign on it to say do not go in because when I went to tell the spa about it, they said it had been like that for a while.

"Very comfortable and convenient suite!"
This condo is perfectly located to attend the Convention Center, CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. The Kitchen is very good equipped and for the same price of an hotel room, you get a spacious, cute very comfortable little apartment. Really recommended!

"Great location, beautiful condo"
Perhaps not for everyone since this is a privately-owned condo, but, if you can manage without room service and a front desk, this is a lovely condo in an ideal, downtown location. As a family of three, it was nice to have more than just a hotel room to call "home". Reasonably priced for downtown Toronto, too. I'd recommend it to friends.

Financial District is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Financial District, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Financial District hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
