The hotel was nice but the rooms appear older than the lobby. It's nice but not fabulous. We did enjoy being close to the shops and excellent restaurants and that was the primary reason for selecting this hotel.

We chose the hotel based on reviews and pictures from expedia. Nice hotel. A bit further away from our preferred area to hang out but we had never been to Toronto before so that's our fault. We paid for an upgrade upon arrival and we surprised to see how small our room still was. It wasn't much of a price difference but in comparison to other places we have stayed in, it wasn't what we expected. Made us wonder how small our original room would have been. Our overall experience was good. Lovely hotel lobby and amenities. Bars and restaurants in the area are great. We would stay there again.

The Hotel is located on the cruise terminal pier, you can literally walk to the lobby from your ship. The staff was very courteous and helpful. WE left our ship at 9:00 am which was too early to check in. They took our luggage and stored it, allowing us to go sightseeing in Vancouver. When the room was ready, they called me on my cell phone to let me know.
