Had a great stay. Was only staying for one night but, the hotel had amazing employees from check in to check out. The room was clean, modern and the stay included a complementary breakfast. The breakfast exceeded all expectations i had. Not only was there plenty of staff assisting my partner get seated. The breakfast included a wide variety of breakfast food and beverages that were Consistently replenished by the staff. This all made the stay feel like a complete experience. My partner and I loved it and would definitely stay at a Riu hotel again in the future!

The breakfast was exceptional, we were traveling with our 10 year old grandson and he mentioned it was the best he had ever been to. The staff at the hotel were so kind, very friendly, and continuously were asking if there was anything we needed. This was by far the best place we ever stayed at for service. Also the location was ideal for our travel plans. Thank you.

I booked this well before it was known that the Jays were playing Game 6. The hotel was so busy but all staff were excellent. Beautiful lobby. Room is on the smaller side but the bed was so comfortable. Great location as well.

I was so impressed from the moment I walked in. Everything feels fresh and modern, with a bright, stylish design that really gives off a premium vibe. The staff were warm and welcoming — you could tell they genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. Check-in was smooth, the room was spotless, and I loved the little touches like the comfortable bedding and great city views. The location is also perfect — right in downtown Toronto, close to shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. The breakfast deserves a special shoutout — it was absolutely fantastic! The variety was incredible, with plenty of hot and cold options, fresh fruits, pastries. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The dining area was bright and spacious, and the staff kept things running smoothly even when it got busy. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a beautiful new hotel with excellent service and great attention to detail.

Positives= Lots of staff and right from entering the hotel we were helped with everything. Greeter at the door to welcome us, checked in and someone helped us with all our luggage up to our room. New hotel that is very nice and clean. Housekeeping was privided daily and did a great job. Location is amazing. Right downtown and is walking distance to the CN tower or Roger's centre. Provided a buffet style breakfast. Overall a great stay and would recoment to anyone staying in toronto. Negatives= the only complaint we had is the pillows are quite firm. Usually there is an option of a firm and soft pillow. The sheets where a little rough on the skin.
