our balcony had bird droppings all over it and cigaret butts on it , you couldn't sit out because there was no table and chairs. No cups one facecloth, carpet was very dirty, extremely dissapointing and the pool was terrible too much chlorine it could go on I will never stay there again, with all that said they did give us a free night but not good

It was a terrific hotel, very clean and beautiful. My only concerns were that there was no fan in the washroom and the air conditioning was extremely loud, especially in the middle of the night. The AC was present, it turned on at a preset temperature. Terribly loud during the night
