Always love to take room at this hotel when we visit Niagara. Just need to tell only one thing, the toilet seat needs to be a bit more clean.

Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. After the added condo fees the price was not worth it. Would have been better to stay in a hotel. And they had no place to store our luggage at check out until our evening flight.

We had a wonderful stay & Woolf he happy to stay again. Yvonne was a gracious host, serving a lovely hot breakfast each morning. I was traveling with my aunt who had some medically related needs and Yvonne made it clear she was there to help, gave us extra supplies and towels and made us feel so very welcome. She also shared her local knowledge of the area. The inn itself was recently redecorated with lovely furnishings, art, and beautiful wallpapers. Our room (Bernard Shaw Room) was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! My aunt and I shared the oversized king that has a memory foam mattress which prevents one from noticing movement of the other - we slept like rocks! The only improvement I might suggest would be better internet connection, but I wasn’t there to work so it was okay. Beautifully done, quaint/updated, comfortable, great breakfasts, excellent host!

Great location

Excellent staff, location and room. Breakfast buffet is fairly decent (better than a continental) and the chef was present and lovely every morning. Great little bistro on site which was a lifesaver for a kiddo who got hungry right before bed, and was very reasonably priced. For the room - straightforward layout but appreciated that the toilet was separated from the shower. Elevators were brutally slow - my only complaint, but honestly this location can’t really be beat - super walkable to a ton of restaurants, Roger’s center / Rickey’s / CN tower, and the shopping district and to top it off with absolutely lovely staff from the doorman to the servers is the chefs kiss. Would definitely return here.

Power was out my entire stay. Fire alarm went off for two hours. My car was stuck in the valet. Staff was the worst I have ever experienced.

Drinks were very expensive.
