A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Watch out for messages after you book, where you provide your ID and a selfie, pay for parking and the deposit. And they aren’t very responsive or explanatory, and clearly have seen all kinds of shenanigans. Once you get past all that, it’s fabulous. You can’t beat the view. Location is great too, parking is convenient, and there’s a Nando’s downstairs.

The check in process was horrible. This is someone’s apartment, not a hotel. The air conditioning was broken and nobody knew what was going on at the front desk. The host is extremely difficult to get a hold of and all contact numbers provided are out of service. I was also charged an extra $300 in additional payments just to check in. I have not received my deposit back either.

Absolutely terrible experience. This was the worst casino and hotel we ever stayed. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We never were explained that we needed to request room clean service. The room was dirty the food was awful, and the casino service was nonexistent. There was only one waitress serving the entire casino floor, so getting a drink was near impossible. Completely unacceptable for the property of this size. I will never return and would not recommended Seneca Casino Hotel to anyone.

Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. After the added condo fees the price was not worth it. Would have been better to stay in a hotel. And they had no place to store our luggage at check out until our evening flight.
