My husband & myself booked 3 nights at this hotel last week. We booked the hotel through Expedia. According to the Expedia site it was indicated that free water bottles were available. As soon as we checked into our room, I called the desk that there were no water bottles in the room. The lady who answered said that we had to pay for the water and although I reminded her that the Expedia site had indicated free water bottles, her answer was that Expedia was a third party and refused to give us the water.

Front desk staff was helpful. I was informed to take the UP Train from Pearson Int'l Airport to go downtown Toronto. The hotel shuttle runs promptly to and from the airport every 15 minutes which is very convenient, so I utilized this option. Hotel and shared spaces was clean. The room I was in was spacious and clean for most part, except for the flooring, which needed to be mopped. It is not noticeable unless you walk on the flooring bare footed or in a white sock. Bed was very comfortable. Room has TV, a mini fridge, microwave oven, iron and board, bottled water, tea / coffee, cups. Complimentary toiletries and hair dryer provided. Vent in the room made a slight noise every now and then, but wasn't a bother to me. Short walking distance to about 3 other restaurants including Jack Astor's. Food at the onsite restaurant at Crowne Plaza is very good. I would recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

I really appreciated the free 24/7 airport shuttle. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice. The construction was a little off putting but there wasn’t much they could do about that.
