Check in was fairly easy. Advised there was complimentary tea or coffee in the morning until 9. Never found out where it was served.
Very clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
One suggestion: magnifying make up mirror would be helpful for those visually impaired. Many high end hotels have them.
Overall a good experience

Stayed 4 days for Elvis Week 2017. Hotel was fabulous. Great location for Graceland activities. Also close to Beale Street and downtown. Great value for your money, Facilities were very clean and hotel was very quiet.

It is in a nice part of Memphis with a lot of food and stores close by. It is pet friendly, so there are dogs barking at night. Overall, a good stay for three nights. I like having checkout at noon so we were not rushed in the morning.
