Hotel Indigo Memphis Downtown captures the city's vibe with a modern design that honors Memphis's musical roots. The central location is close to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, and National Civil Rights Museum, perfect for exploring history and nightlife. Rooms are stylish, comfortable, and some offer city views. Hotel Indigo is an excellent choice for travelers seeking character and convenience.

This is a great spot for downtown Memphis and Beal street area, also the river front. The area around the hotel looks a little run down in places but it’s fine and everyone we met was friendly helpful and kind both inside and outside the hotel. Good size rooms and comfortable beds- the hotels “secret bar” is amazing!! Make sure you visit. The staff were all great especially the lovely lady who works so hard cleaning reception daily - always smiling and chatting to us every day. Really great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was good value. Rooms were quite good but service was poor. Key cards kept not working and staff member left us waiting whilst she carried on with a personal call on her cell phone. I left an item of clothing in the closet after checking out so went back to get it and was told I couldn't go up to get it, nor were they willing to even check with the cleaning member of staff. We haven't heard from them since about the item of clothing left behind. I would not stay here again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

First thing..the photos on the website are not what it looks like in reality. The restaurant isn't in the hotel, it's next door. Additionally, we had to have someone come to try and fix the air conditioner three times. The second time the girl at the desk forgot to even send someone up, we had to remind her. They barely had a quarter of the snack items stocked in the lobby. Didn't have any creamer for the coffee in the lobby. If I would had known I could upload pictures I would have taken many. We rarely get to go on a vacation and we took a long time picking our hotel. We spent our hard earned money and they didn't offer a discount after such a terrible experience with the air conditioner. Of course the girl checking me out didn't ask me how our stay was, just if I wanted a receipt.
