luckily had coupon for breakfast but even with that nephew said was too expensive. room was small for 2 people but the bathroom set up was terrible. teeny tiny sink with no space to put anything. front/lobby was beautiful but room left a lot to be desired. great location though.

I had a reservation for 2 rooms, the staff was kind enough to allow us to check in early, since they had rooms available. My friends room was ok, but mine seemed like the bed wasn't freshly made, also, my room was missing all toiletries, except for a tiny little hand soap. I was able to shower using my own stuff. The check in person told me there was a discount on breakfast for guests, but the staff at the restaurant was not aware of such thing and charge me full price. The waiting staff at the restaurant was borderline rude, and our waiter dropped the bill at our table before we finished eating, without asking if we wanted anything else, it felt like he wanted us to go, but then ignored us for a straight 20 minutes, forcing us to ask another waiter to take care of our check. I really had higher expectations for this hotel. The hotel itself it's beautiful and very well located, I really hope someone in management takes care of these little things, that are not a great deal, but it can impact the overall experience for future customers.

Perfect hotel to tour DC. Perfect location next to White House and numerous restaurants. Staff attentive and easy check in and check out Beautiful lobby area to relax. Delicious hot apple cider offered in lobby was a nice touch but empty within minutes. Staff should check and refill.
