This hotel is in a nice walkable area. The inside lobby area is beautiful and the staff is nice. The elevators are older and tiny, causing a long line during busy times. The rooms are clean and stylish but small. We would stay here again.

Our room was right under the rooftop bar and was so incredibly loud. The base of the music shook the room and we were told the bar was open until 2am. It was disappointing as we were there for a holiday party and planned on having a night away. We ended up driving home around 11:45pm. That being said, the manager was wonderful and comped our room. He even told me that if we were willing to give it a try again, we could get a discount. So while our stay was not what we wanted, the customer service really was top notch.

This was a lovely hotel but the room, lobby, and restaurants were freezing. Some elements were surprising for a hotel of this quality. The tiny sink was positioned in a way that you could not wash your face or fill a bottle or the coffee container. The coffee maker did not work and the cups provided did not fit under the spout. There was nothing in the mini bar, It lacked any bathroom products, such as a cotton ball or shower cap. Small details but important. Finally, the reception, restaurants, and bars were short staffed.

We came for a wedding. The rooms were small but very nice and the bathrooms were great. Location was perfect and the staff were very accommodating despite it being an extremely busy weekend.

We stayed here for a holiday party. The lobby was uncomfortably cold. The room was very modestly appointed and dark. We requested a late checkout and they only gave us an extra hour. Not long enough to have lunch downtown as we had hoped. The pet fee was exorbitant $125. The only real benefit was the view of the city from the rooftop restaurant but beware drinks are $35 each.
