Good location and good value for the standard of room. However, my room was very noisy— windows need a major upgrade to keep noise from K and Eye Streets, Metro underneath hotel, from waking you up in the night.

Nothing fancy but this hotel really has everything that anyone really needs in a hotel. Clean rooms and baths, nice people, a fitness center, a functioning ice maker, and elevators. And every floor has a water station with plastic bottles to fill free-of-charge. I disagree with people saying the hotel doesn't have a lobby, there is a whole living room / conference room / lobby with unlimited complimentary cappuccino on the 2nd floor!!! How cool is that? By the way, Melan at the reception was super helpful!!! This will be our go-to hotel when in DC from now on.

The stay was great! Staff great and clean environment. My only complaint would be the parking situation. They don’t have parking but have a parking garage behind the building for a discounted rate. Be aware that they will tell you it’s free then make u pay a large amount without a discount! Be aware of colonial parking garage !!! They’re scammers! And terrible customer service.

All the staff went above and beyond for me. Very clean. My only disappointment was no parking. They gave me directions but no card to show me were they are affiliated with. I ended up parking somewhere paying $89.00 😞😞😞😞 Taxis service was very very difficult but expected due to the peace walk Riot protestors

The room was everything we needed. The staff was super nice, we were able to send some packages before our arrival. The coffee and tea station in the 2nd floor was super convenient. The hotel is very well located, right by the Farragut Metro station. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Very quick overnight stay for business. They were able to let me check in at 10:00 am right after an early flight, with a slight upgrade. Room was small and basic. But a good location for downtown D.C. on a quick stay.
