This is a brilliant hotel which gives customers exactly what they want. Helpful cheery staff, particular thanks to Noleen, who are so welcoming. Room great with everything you need and freebies the icing on the cake. Will definitely return.

Room was beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, it made it difficult to get up each day and leave!
Tried out the bath. It took a while to fill, but it was because it was a deep one!
The block out curtains certainly blocked out everything. The room was at the front of the hotel, so I thought there would be a lot of light and traffic noise disturbing me during the night. Definitely not the case. Beautifully blocked out the street lights and traffic noise.
Was just an absolutely comfortable, but spacious room. There were 2 queen beds in the one room, but still easy to walk around them and plenty of room. It didn't feel squishy or small at all.
Overall, a perfect place to stay if you want total relaxation!

It's a well place apartment with some lovely views but it's just getting old and needs somw work. The shower was coming out of the wall and the carpets were stained and dirty. Everything else was great. There is NO PARKING either. You have to use the pay carpark across the road. All in all we had a wondeeful srat there. Easy check with great staff.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows and very soft bedding. The lighting in the bathroom maybe could have been a bit brighter as it wasn’t really sufficient to put make-up on so I ended up using the mirror in the bedroom instead. We also thought that they should have some free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Several other hotels we looked at offered this but we picked Four Points over them as it was closest to where we wanted to be. We enjoyed our stay there and would happily stay there again.

We chose this hotel based on location and mid-level pricing but the fact they offered full sized beds instead of twins made it more appealing. The room also came with a good sized day bed. We selected an Executive room and was treated to a spectacular harbor view. The room, which was larger than most hotel rooms, was clean and tastefully decorated.

An easy downhill walk from the city centre, and also accessible by monorail, Darling Harbour is home to Sydney’s main convention and exhibition facilities, and also acts an entertainment hot spot. Overlooking the water on Cockle Bay are pulsating night-and-day bars, cafés, and restaurants, plus an aquarium, wildlife park, and free maritime museum. The nearby Chinese Gardens provide a serene distraction.
