A My wife and I recently spent two nights getaway in the Novotel Darling Harbour. We were very impressed with the hote and its facilities. The staff in all areas, reception, restaurant, bar, coffee shop and the cleaning staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly. The room was a good size, not a shoebox like the rooms in a couple of other hotels we’ve stayed in, and was really clean. The buffet breakfast was awesome, with a fantastic selection to choose from. The Hotel itself is a stones throw from Darling Harbour with a short walk through the carpark, which is conveniently located under the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Sydney.

Location was spot on. Floor staff were lovely. Housekeeping well not fantastic took multiple times to ask to get the room cleaned, cleaning consisted of making the bed and emptying the bin! Not fantastic. We did however receive a lovely welcoming gift

This was a fabulous family get away! In the perfect location and staff were amazing, especially the cleaners. The pool was freezing even on a warm day. The pillows were uncomfortable- more selection would have been nice but overall a great stay!

Fantastic location. Stunning view of the harbour and lovely reception area. Even had a rooftop pool and a movie and games room for the kids. Lovely balcony bar too looking put on the harbour. Great stsy and right in the centre of everything.

Great stay

Was really good! The soap in the bathroom was pretty well empty though in the shower but it was fine as I had some packed I was going to call but it was late when we had the shower. the check in lady was really great! Super friendly and great with my niece!
