"Good location in kings Crooss"
The hotel is ubicated in a good location, 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. It's a nice place to couples or any like that, not to family. The hotel don't have lift, and it 's a big problem if you have big luggage.

"Lovely Location."
The staff were amazing and willing to go above and beyond to help out and although room service prices were higher than expected the meals were exquisite. The pool/spa room was the perfect place to be after taking on the Sydney traffic at the end the day. The drink machine in the hall way broke and swallowed my money but the staff at the desk were very apologetic and willing to refund me as well as offer alternate ways to find a cold beverage. The items in the bathroom (soaps etc.) smelt delicious and worked well with all types of hair/skin. The only real downside was that it was a pain to find even though the front entrance of the building is painted bright orange it's quite easily lost in the street and the underground parking was incredibly difficult to get in and out of. The location however was quiet and hardly any traffic noise was heard from the second floor. Not being too far away from the Iconic landmarks a short taxi drive or a lengthy walk.

"Always my choice"
I always choose the Adina on Crown for my Sydney apartment when the rates are reasonable. The staff are normally very pleasant and the apartments are large and comfy. This go around though I booked via discount rate found on Expedia. So I was on lower floor facing Crown street. So the noise level was higher than any previous stay I have had; but that was generally in mornings. The place on arrival was good as expected. But there were a few issues like no cold water in bathroom sink and no hangars. It was very late when I checked in so brought it up to reception in morning. I went out for a few hours and on my return everything was already rectified. Bravo for that! Other than that the stay was great. Apartment was roomy and it was an enjoyable stay. This property is near good restaurants and cafes in Surry Hills... Just far enough from the hustle of the city but a very close walk to get to the action. I only recommend you take a higher category room unless a little noise doesn't bother you. I have had city view apartments before and loved the Sydney backdrop out my window. Recommended property.

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park

"Perfect position for a city hotel!"
We stayed at the Pullman for 6 days and it couldn't have been more perfectly located, 5 minute short walk to Pitt street mall through the gorgeous Hyde Park and a bus stop (you can buy an opal card at the 7/11 next to hotel) just round the corner to take a direct trip to Bondi, Paddington etc. The hotel is close by some great restaurants and coffee shops. The food quality in the hotel was good and staff very welcoming, a perfect hotel for family! Those who need sim cards whilst there, across the road on Oxford street there are a couple of stores, as you can see you can get straight into your holiday without wasting time just getting set up with bus cards/mobile sims etc. Also to mention for those who need to hire a car there is a Europa car rental office on the ground floor of the hotel. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is the perfume they have in the lobby is a bit strong, its like walking into a Abercrombie and Fitch shop which after a while gave us adults a head ache! Thanks again Pullman Hyde Park for a great stay!

"Good location. Budget hotel"
Arrival at the hotel early morning after a long trip from UK. Was expecting to leave luggage in the store but unexpectedly we were able to check in. Headed down into the city via one of the walks. About 20-30 mins through the botanical gardens to find the opera house and harbour bridge. Did the length and breadth of Sydney in one day. Day two got the train from Kings Cross 5-8 min walk uphill from the hotel. To Bondi junction then the bus to the beach. Completed the Bondi to Coogee beach walk. Hotel room was basic. Kettle, fridge. DD stayed on pull out bed. Two tv's in room. Neither had a remote. Given a replacement that didn't work. Day two had breakfast - wasn't offered bogof like booking said however didn't charge for DD. Choice was okay but not worth the money. Kings cross area close by lots of places to eat and a Coles. Overall good budget hotel.

"Excellent location in fascinating part of the city"
Highly recommended for location and friendliness. The staff were extremely helpful, and were generous in allowing me to keep the car in the hotel car park for a couple of hours after check-out time. The room was clean, if a little tired looking, and the beds very comfortable.

East Sydney is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in East Sydney, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your East Sydney hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
