"Nice hotel very close to international airport"
We arrived late after a 10hr trip from Hawaii and were welcomed by friendly helpful staff. The hotel was walking distance across the road from the international airport and we were able to make our way there with very little effort with our luggage on a trolley. The staff promptly checked us in and we were able to settle down for the night. The room was clean very quiet with blockout curtains. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in and had a great nights sleep. The next morning we had a scrumptious breakfast before heading home on the country train. We were well rested and fed which made the trip pleasant and a lovely ending to our holiday.

"Close to Circular Quay"
Great hotel. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast had a great selection and variety. The coffee was amazing! Location was absolutely perfect. The hotel were informed that it was my anniversary and provided some goodies. My only downside was the bed. It was very very soft and uncomfortable. Housekeeping added a topper and flipped my matress but it did not help unfortunately. I would definitely stay again based on location

"Good location on Darling Harbour "
Overall a good location and clean hotel but not recommended if you want to feel welcomed and like a friendly service. Room was not as requested, not enough towels , poor internet connection, lacked that personal touch

"Great location. Close to everything you would want"
My first time at a Swissotel. Usually stay at the four seasons. Loved the location - close to the shops and away from the motorway. Only stayed the one night. Room had been refurbished - very modern, spacious and great amenities. I didn't do breakfast, but used the gym in the morning. Bought an $8 bottle of water, only to find on checkout that there should have been complimentary water in the room. Was still charged for the water!

"Good Location.Walking distance to major attractio"
We had no plug adaptor and asked whether the hotel could lend us but staff said they don't have. So we had to buy from a convenience store. Rooms get made up even without us requesting for it (hanging the 'please make up room' card by the door knob), not sure if it was a good or bad thing. Make sure to tidy up your personal belongings and keep your valuables in the safe box cause the housekeeping makes up the room everyday (even when you don't ask for it). You don't want your documents and underwear on the floor when the housekeeping comes in. :)

"Very nice hotel with character."
Great location. Easy walking distance to Darling Harbour activities, shopping, restaurants and bars. The hotel has a lot of character (exposed brick, old beams, open elevators with views of the center of the hotel), from the rooms to the lobby. Great buffet and happy hour.

    Explore Sydney

With golden beaches, dramatic headlands and a scenic harbor, Sydney takes your breath away. Natural beauty lurks around every corner, from its peaceful botanical gardens to the picturesque bays of its waterfront. Yet Sydney is also Australia's largest and most diverse city, offering world-class dining, a buzzing gallery scene and head-turning nightlife.

Leave plenty of time to take in Sydney Harbour. Admire the Harbour Bridge (or get sweaty on a Bridge Climb), ride the ferry to Manly (highly recommended) and catch a show at the Opera House. For spectacular scenery, visit the rugged Harbour National Park, with walking trails, clifftop viewpoints and Aboriginal rock carvings.

Sun-seekers can bask on the sands of Bondi Beach, famous for its crashing waves and beautiful people. And you needn't leave the shoreline when hunger strikes – you’ll find everything from old-fashioned fish-and-chips shops to gilded dining rooms on Darling Harbour. Afterwards, finish the night with a drink at a charming wine bar in Paddington or a vintage pub in the Rocks, the city's oldest district.
