"Convenient good hotel"
A nice new hotel. The room was simple but good quality. My only real gripe was that they didn't tidy the room or make the bed.

Great location I'd like to see better signage for drivers coming to the hotel as this my second stay with you and both times ended up in the hire car area. When I pulled along side a worker in the hire car area to ask for help he was very rude. Some simple signs saying Rydges parking this way with clear arrows would help.I will definitely stay with Rydges again.Cheers

"Nice new hotel"
This is a new hotel in Pitt St which is handy for most things. Has a fabulous roof bar which is worth a visit....but note it closes early on a Sunday night. The only real downside is the noise of jack hammers from a construction site next door.........so long as you don't plan to spend the day inside its ok. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. They were happy to arrange a late checkout as we had a late afternoon flight. Best way to get there is by airport train...quick and cheap ...buy an Opal card at the airport. Closest and easies station to get there is Museum as its downhill and to leave use Town hall which is also downhill!

    Explore Sydney

With golden beaches, dramatic headlands and a scenic harbor, Sydney takes your breath away. Natural beauty lurks around every corner, from its peaceful botanical gardens to the picturesque bays of its waterfront. Yet Sydney is also Australia's largest and most diverse city, offering world-class dining, a buzzing gallery scene and head-turning nightlife.

Leave plenty of time to take in Sydney Harbour. Admire the Harbour Bridge (or get sweaty on a Bridge Climb), ride the ferry to Manly (highly recommended) and catch a show at the Opera House. For spectacular scenery, visit the rugged Harbour National Park, with walking trails, clifftop viewpoints and Aboriginal rock carvings.

Sun-seekers can bask on the sands of Bondi Beach, famous for its crashing waves and beautiful people. And you needn't leave the shoreline when hunger strikes – you’ll find everything from old-fashioned fish-and-chips shops to gilded dining rooms on Darling Harbour. Afterwards, finish the night with a drink at a charming wine bar in Paddington or a vintage pub in the Rocks, the city's oldest district.
