I've stayed at APA Hotel Ginza-Kyobashi several times this year. It is a clean and well-equipped hotel. Rates average between US$90-120/night including taxes and fees, which is an excellent value for the middle of a major world city.
The hotel accomplishes this with efficiency. Rooms are compact (8'x15') with airplane-cozy bathroom facilities and a double bed. It is tight and more than one person per room had better appreciate being in contact with each other, but it is clean, internet is good, location is amazing, and what more does one need?

Nice, clean hotel. Close to the subway. Can take monorail directly to Haneda airport or walking distance to airport limosine at another hotel. Ginza was about a 10 min walk away. Staff were friendly. One thing to note is the mattress being hars but that's typical of most Asian countries.

Hotel is located on top of a subway station and it is one stop to the second biggest railway station in Tokyo the Shinagawa Station. Hotel is neat and tidy, staff is friendly and efficient. Hotel has a public bath which is a plus as after a long day of walking it is a great way to relax your body.

Located near Hamamatsucho and Tamachi Stations on the Yamanote Line, Shiba is a central spot from which to explore the nightlife of neighboring Roppongi, the upscale shops of Ginza, and the teen fashion scene of Shibuya’s Harajuku. Also nearby is Tokyo Tower, the 333-meter replica of the Eiffel Tower that offers views of Mount Fuji on a clear day.
