Not so great.

The check in process with the atm machine style room key dispenser seems a waste a time given that the staff member stands there and watches you the entire time. Couldn’t they just process the check in and hand you a key? Same for the checkout. If I’m paying for a room, I don’t want to do the work of checking in after a long flight. The rooms are pretty dated and smell of disinfectant. While it is nice to have a room after a long flight, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Check in was problematic as the computerised system only presented 1 of our 2 bookings. Hotel staff were available to assist. With a mid/later afternoon arrival hotel staff should look to support check in over the counter where the computerised system doesn't work effectively. Checkout was easier. Also for a transit hotel there was far too much furniture in the room meaning suitcases were needed to be squeezed in.

Big rooms plenty of space for three adults in one room. Showers were very spacious. The employees were nice and very accommodating. The location to the airport is perfect for the last day of a trip.

The hotel is inside the airport. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, but terminal 3 has many alternative options for eating. It also has souvenir shops and gift shops galore and a good observation deck. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was the best I had all trip.
