This was a nice property, and we would stay there again. Some of the staff were marginally friendly, however. Also, any rowdy guests should be kicked out or reported to the police. This was a nighttime lobby issue.

This is a wonderful and newer hotel. Rooms were quite big (which is rare for Tokyo) and while it's not near a lot, it is beuatifully quiet in the neighborhood and only steps from a train station. We got bascially anywhere we wanted to go (Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, Harajuku) with incredible ease on the train. We stayed at a few hotels in Tokyo and this one by far was the most luxurious, comfortable, and truly felt like a 4 star hotel unlike some others. The onsen on site is incredible and was a beautiful way to start the day or finish the night. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort over location!

The room was clean, I was given a welcome gift. The staff were super nice and helped with any questions I had. It was easy to get around as there was a metro really close by. The room felt homely and the area the hotel was in felt safe

We have sent numerous emails which have gone unanswered regarding items left behind. It is quite upsetting to know that they have our possessions and won’t return our emails to organise their return, which we are happy to pay the cost of shipping. This is thieving. The beds were uncomfortable. We woke up with aches and pains each day. The restaurant had no idea how to deal with allergies. Their menu clearly identified the allergens in each meals, yet they would the claim that items we wanted to order were also inclusive of unidentified allergens. We were told the fries contained nuts and shellfish. The first visit was great, but then when we wanted to reorder the same meals on the second visit, they claimed they were full of allergens. It was quite confusing. There were also positives. Its location is brilliant. The size of the rooms and cleanliness was excellent. The reception staff were helpful. Would I stay there again? Yes for location and room size. But their lack of communication when you try and seek your lost possessions has left a sour taste. And I wouldn’t bother with the restaurant. To the hotel - I would appreciate you getting in contact with me please so you can return my items.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it! The staff is nice and the hotel is clean. Conveniently located near the train station. After a long day of being out and about it was nice to come back to a nice quiet area.
