"Very modern upscale hotel"
This was my first trip to Italy, and to Europe for that matter. We arrived at the airport and after the long flight it was nice to see a driver waiting for us holding a sign with our name. I had requested car service from the airport and they deleivered a lovely Benz just as promised. Once at the hotel the staff was friendly and accommodating. Every time we stepped out of the room even for a short while the cleaning crew was in and out and room brought back to perfect condition each and every time. We used the pool while staying at the hotel and while it is on the small side it was always well maintained, warm and inviting. We also used the spa and it was equally nice. Professional staff and a multitude of treatments to choose from. If I had to come up with something to be improved upon it would have to be the softness of the bed. I have back and neck issues and found it much to firm for my taste, but if you are a firm fan it will suit you well. Thnx much Romeo for a lovely trip to your beautiful city :)

"Well sited."
Room with a view, but for a superior room it was compact. Awkward access to wardrobe. Small bathroom, scruffy shower. No bar on the roof, only breakfast and then the terrace is not always open even when sunny. Efficient lifts. Very noisy and dirty city and had difficulty finding a decent restaurant. Gaurum recommended.

"Trendy Boutique Hotel"
No major complaints about this hotel. Overall it was a great experience! The walls were a little thing and you could hear people when they walked through the hallways. The style of the hotel was pleasant and trendy. Some notes for future visitors: This is a boutique hotel. You have to get buzzed in in order to enter the building. The entrance is not obvious so if you get dropped off and don't see it, look for the intercom and the hotel name. When you leave the hotel you have to leave your room key with the receptionist. It's in the middle of all of the shopping and close the Castle Nuovo and close enough to walk along the water.

"Good price, excellent location"
We had to wait until after 2pm to check in, but could leave our bags with them. The hotel is on the 4th floor of an apartment block, but lots of CCTV cover reception. Was a little concerned that they wanted to keep hold of our passports for a while, but apparently it's normal in Italy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's no kettle and complementary tea/coffee etc in the room. You can opt for room service breakfast at €3.50, we did this once and it's an ok deal for the price. Location is spot on; very close to the centre with loads of restaurants to choose from. Cost us €40 from the airport and a fixed price of €20 to get back to the airport by taxi. You could possibly navigate your way to Naples via bus reasonably well at a fraction of the cost, but would take longer. Back to the hotel and stay.... Beds were reasonably comfy; we had to upgrade as I'd picked a twin "large single" room. Twin doesn't mean two separate beds! The bathroom hand towels are like thin tea towels, but the bath sheet was ok. We were in the room right next to reception and was concerned that it could be noisy, but thankfully not from reception, but the wall to the adjacent room was a little thin. Overall, excellent value.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
