We really enjoyed our two-night stay at this hotel. The location was great, and the view from our room was beautiful! The hotel was very easy to find. The staff were polite and helpful, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Naples.

We choose this hotel because we didn't know Naples - we wanted to walk off the train, drop the bags and then explore.
The hotel is in sight of the train station - the easiest walk you can imagine. The area is very well policed, so I felt safe. The hotel upgraded us immediately into a beautiful, spacious room with a gorgeous bed and wrap around balconies. Very beautiful room!
Cabs in Naples are a flat fee, and they can take you everywhere like Gran Caffè Gambrinus or the waterfront so location was perfect.
Breakfast was substancial and the morning coffee was one of the best ones I had in Italy - that's saying something, because Naples is home to the best coffee in Italy.

"Nice hotel close to train station and restaurants"
The front desk staff were not very friendly but the bell boy was helpful and told us about where to go for breakfast and about the terrace with a view on the 7th floor. The elevator is small and always busy and there were outside groups having meetings on the 7th floor and we often had to wait a long time to use the elevator because the outside groups were using it. Breakfast was good.

We had an issue with the room we were assigned upon arriving and took it up with the front desk. After a short time we were shown a room that was a major improvement and we were very happy with the change. Our room had a downstairs with a sliding door that opened to a balcony that overlooked the bay and the coastal road below. To the right from the balcony we looked down on the town of Amalfi since the hotel sits at a high point along the road. A window from the inside gave us the same view of the Amalfi. The bedroom was a loft upstairs that opened up toward the sliding door and from the bed you could look out to the sea. The first night and day we left the sliding door open and were very pleased enjoying the views and sounds of Amalfi. The coastal road is heavily traveled and very narrow but we thought there was no other way to get to and from the hotel. That was until one of the front desk workers showed us a back way through one of the many narrow passageways in Amalfi to get back and forth. Be ready for a little climbing. Breakfast was included and each day we ate in the dining hall that had great views of the town as well. The breakfast was excellent with scramble eggs, bacon, cheeses, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and a variety of pastries baked onsite. For a place that used to be a convent it turned out to be a great hotel.

This was the perfect hotel for our 4 day stay in Sorrento. We required a convenient location to reach the train station & port as well as restaurants & shops.
Each morning we enjoyed a gorgeous breakfast before our travels & really looked forward to returning to the lovely hotel to get ready for an evening out (& a pre-dinner drink).
I was delighted to have a bath in the ensuite & plenty of light, storage & mirrors.
Actually, probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in

"Comfortable Accommodations By American Standards"
The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the center of the city (Train/Bus Station and Port). The hotel was in a quiet and peaceful part of the city overlooking the city with views of the sea and Vesuvius. The hotel was large with space for business conferences or special events. Our room was spacious with comfortable bedding. Our favorite feature of the room was being able to open the electric drapes and walk out onto our spacious terrace overlooking the city.
The property was clean, modern and comfortable and would satisfy most American tourists.

From the moment I walked in the front door tired from a long drive I was greeted with my name which is not much but made me feel better, then I had a free upgrade which was nice and the porter parked my car for me.
My three night stay was excellent from room to food and the staff will return again.
