The hotel is nicely appointed- but the WiFi is terrible- kept getting kicked off (despite saying something and being told it was “fixed”). Not the fault of the hotel, but leaving was impossible due to road blockages from a protest and bus/train strikes. I had to walk almost 20 minutes (dragging my luggage) to Piazza Garibaldi to find a taxi.

This hotel was fine, the staff was great and the breakfast was good too. I do wish I had checked google street view before I booked as it is a long walk from all the things and the beach. I also was not a fan of my "ocean view" meaning that my room was facing a very busy and loud road. It was very much reflective of the pricing.

They not only held our bags, when we returned to the hotel at checkin time they had already delivered them to the room! Also, an unexpected jacuzzi and a beautiful balcony overlooking naples

The shower was a bit confusing to use, so it would be nice to have some clear explanation. The hotel is a little far from the station, which made it a bit hard to walk with luggages. The breakfast bakery wasn’t great. But the service was good, and having a supermarket nearby was really convenient.

Pretty average in a not so great location

I think the hotel is overpriced for what it is and tries to pass itself off as a 4-star. I didn’t like the location much. Later, I realised there are much nicer areas of the city. The surroundings had quite a bit of litter and busy roads. The hotel itself was okay — clean but a bit outdated. The room had blackout curtains but no sheer curtain for daytime privacy, which was weird as my room was facing other apartments. There were decorative bamboo sticks on the restaurant tables— felt like unnecessary clutter. Breakfast was average but good enough. People praising it in other reviews probably haven’t experienced better yet. The staff at reception were very friendly — shoutout to the girl with glasses, I didn’t catch her name, but she was always positive and helpful.

We planned to stay couple days in Napoli but the hotel and staff and room was all very disapppunting. We did not feel welcome. The rooms AC did not work well and the room was dirty and shower corners never cleaned. Off elevator it had strong deodorizer smell. Thats usually to cover up something unclean. If cleaned it smells clean. This did not. We had cut our stay here short. Was surprised whole town so dirty and only just a ferry ride away from beautiful, clean Sorrento. .

OK stay in Naples

The hotel was a convenient stay prior to getting to Naples airport in the morning. We went out for food and drink so have no review of the restaurant or bar. The breakfast was continental, some good buffet items and good coffee. The only issue was that the hotel was on a busy thoroughfare so it was really noisy during the evening. It was also opposite the ferry port, so always busy with traffic and noise.
