The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, couldn't ask for more except tea and coffee in the room would have made it perfect. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and set you up for the day. The reception staff recommend a local restaurant even though the hotel has a restaurant and that was great, the restaurant was called Amedeo and was a 5 min walk away.
Perfect stay for 3 nights!

Conveniently located within a short cab ride from the action of Rome, Globus caters to travelers looking for contemporary rooms and facilities, a clean environment and cheerful service on a budget. 24-hour reception was key for a late night arrival and upon checking in, we found the staff efficient, warm and helpful. The rooms were modestly equipped and would give the cleaning and maintenance a B+ as there was some mild dust on the floor and a smidge of mold on the shower curtain. The facility seemed to cater to families and a bit of business travel with a children-oriented lounge and a small conference area. Would definitely stay again.

While it was convenient having the train station right next to the hotel I certainly did not enjoy hearing the train go by every 10 min all night. My room was not very clean I could see the dust in the air and my socks turned black from walking on the floor. Also there was no kettle in the room ( I had to ask for one ) and only one cup for 2 people.

I booked, something what they called "doubled superior room", and looking by the pictures on Expedia and Starhotels I was expecting bigger room, when I decided for option "superior". In reality, room is small, and even I booked and payed room 2 month in advance I got room on 1st floor. Which would be O.K, if their first floor looking normal. Instead you room, beacuse of restaurant roof, is looking like you are in cellar, or some kind of basement. Window is very high and whole room because of that looks claustrofobic.
When I asked staff are they sure this is superiror they laughed, and said they are sure. I asked where is bath tub, (mine room had only shower cabin) cause on pictures Superior room had bath tub, and I guessed standard room was with shower, but they told me it depends on configuration(!?).
But, location is nice, breakfast is nice, and hotel is very clean. Only thing, ask for room which is higher than 1st floor, and do not waste money on "superior" cause it is the same as standard.
