Nice hotel, well located. Big rooms (considering the size standard for hotel rooms in Rome). Quiet (at least the room I've got with backyard view).
The only reason I do not give 5/5 is because:
a) Air Conditioning was not working (I was told that this is because the season of the year... and the temperature was warm. It's really non sense this kind of thing
b) I had to get my flight at 10 PM. When I asked for a late check-out, it was refused and I had to stay wondering until 6 PM so I went to the airport.
c) Room floor was little dirty (I had my feet with dust while in barefoot at the room)

Best Western Airvenice actually closed down so they transferred us to the Crowne Plaza in the same town. It turned out to be a very nice hotel with a very spacious bedroom and bathroom and nice amenities. This is a bedroom community so there isn't much shopping or restaurants around. The hotel had a nice and affordable restaurant with a great selection of entrees. It doesn't open until 7pm for dinner though. There is a train station right behind the hotel that will take you to Venice in less than 30 minutes.

Great hotel with fantastic facilities. Enjoyed the addition of the swimming pool this year. The hotel is ideally situated for easy access to the Milan metro and there is a useful free shuttle service from the hotel to Central station.
