This brand new hotel in the centre fo Vienna is a perfect marriage between style and functionality - rooms are small in comparison the regular 'run of the mill' hotel chains but the design and quality of fixtures & furniture make up it. The room is set up very cleverly and the bed is very comfortable and ensures you get the desired rest.
Breakfast buffet in the morning exceeded expectations, although limited to the continental variety. The house brand of coffee tastes delicious and is on par with coffee shops around the globe.

"Excellant, welcoming hotel in a central location."
Easy from airport via CAT train to main station and 2 short stops on underground. 5 min walk to hotel opp outdoor market with good choice of shops, eateries & bars.
Hotel recently refurbished and well presented with mix of traditional and modern feel. Very welcoming friendly & helpful staff who all appear happy in their work.
Hotel was quiet, bedroom beautifully decorated, spacious and modern, exceptionally clean, complete with robes & slippers, toiletries and good handheld hairdryer. Tea & coffee (with ground coffee) available, minibar, safe and aircon.
Breakfast excellant, fresh and good quality with variety to suit all tastes. During the day free hot drinks & pastries with newspapers available in the Mezzanine lounge.
Here on Sunday evening we're treated to an hour long mini concert on piano & cello with glass of champagne! Fantastic opportunity to be introduced into classical music in a personal audience a wonderful experience not to be missed.
Great location within easy walking distance of most of the many main attractions and access hop-off-on bus tours. Underground 5 min walk. So much to see, used hop-on bus 1 full day, inc Danube cruise, also visited Palaces, Museums, Ferris wheel at Prater. City Hall run excellant free tour daily, many lovely free city parks.
Only negative to visiting the beautiful city of Vienna is expense of food/drink, tour buses and entrance fees.
Hotel has so many positives, had a great experience and can only be highly recommended.

This is a small, friendly hotel only a few minutes walk from the Opera house, Albertina and other main attractions. Beautiful, historic building, charming, clean and comfy room with a large firm mattress bed. We were on the 4th floor, view was just of another wall. Hotel felt overheated (we are Scottish so bear that in mind!)so we kept our window open. Breakfast excellent, all tastes catered for copiously! Management should ditch their "welcome " bottle of water (which you must pay for!) and take the example of other 4 star hotels, welcome your guests with a bottle of wine and don't charge for it! Excellent Receptionist had clearly had complaints about this and was good enough to warn us.

The hotel location was excellent as it was just a few minute walk to many of the shops, restaurants and attractions. It was also conveniently located for the hop on hop off city bus tours. The staff was professional, friendly and made the stay very enjoyable.

We spent most of our time walking the streets of Vienna visiting various attractions easily assessable from the hotel - 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The staff were very helpful, even making suggestions of attractions to see and how to get them. In our case they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The experience we received from our stay at the hotel added to our enjoyment of Vienna and has persuaded us to plan to return sometime in the future as there is still so much more to see.

Most travellers to Vienna will spend the majority of their time exploring the Innenstadt (centre). Neatly circumscribed by the Ringstrasse, this area is largely pedestrianised, with quaint cobbled streets and medieval squares. The city's focal point is the Gothic spire of the Stephansdom and key attractions include the huge Hofburg palace and the Spanish Riding School.
