Visted Vienna with 3 friends prior to Danube cruise . Beautifully converted old mansion with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We booked 3 rooms which were large with amenities such as stocked minifridge, coffee, bathrobes and slippers.Included breakfast was served, rather than buffet style, and was high quality with many choices, meat, vegetarian or vegan. The Leo Grand is centrally located and in easy walk of major sites and museums. We all thought it was one of the best, and certainly best value, European city-center hotels we've stayed in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were elegant and top-notched. Amenities included bottled wine and all drinks inside the refrigerator were free. Bathroom was large and has a bidet. Hotel is brand new and just opened in 2022. Just a minute walk to restaurants, shopping and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Great value for the price. Very highly recommended. Will come back.

We absolutely loved this hotel

The Leo Grand thinks of everything to make this one up the top hotel so I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful hotel and room, very comfortable, plush towels, lots of shelf space in the bathroom, cozy robes, and slippers, a detached hairdryer that works really well, large shower, a vanity in front of the window with good lighting for putting makeup on. Comfortable beds and bedding, and great pillows. Large rooms, refrigerator, air conditioning. Great customer service. We got a brief history of Vienna upon check-in and given a map with ideas, we were shown to our room and giving a tour of the room. Complementary bottle of wine upon check in. Everything in the fridge was included. Hairdryer that was not attached to the wall. Separate shampoo, body gel, and they had hair conditioner, and body lotion. In the US many of these items toiletry items are common but not so much in Europe, so it was a real luxury.

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Special shout out to Ana at the front desk who made us feel special and welcome. The room was gorgeous and was reset every day. The area around the hotel could not be any better, including the U3 and U1 lines just a few steps away. We will definitely stay here again!

This place is just ok. The lobby area smells way too strong. Place was just ok. Our room was ‘up graded’ but had no views. It was just ok. I wouldn’t stay here again. It does have a great location but there are other hotels around the same area I would have rather stayed at. We did not eat here as breakfast was $45 a person. We found great places with delicious breakfast around the area.

You've got to love the Leo

Amazing hotel 10 out of 10, from the moment we walked in the staff couldn't have looked after us any better. If you stay at The Leo Grand you won't be disappointed. They even took our car to the car park and brought it back to reception for us. The city center has very strict rules around parking

2nights at Leo Grand and we are already planning our next visit. First time in Vienna and its lovely, clean and feels safe. The hotel has a brilliant location right in centre of city 2 min walk to St Stephen Cathedral (tip around the back 3 mins walk is St Peters church, phenominal worth a visit), most places are walkable. Staff were all brilliant from start to finish, helping us with a phone charger issue to finding my misplaced sunglasses. Reception small but pleasant and unique vibe in keeping with Vienna history. We had asked for a high floor quiet room and they delivered. Room was good size clean, bathroom with rainhead shower was spotless bed was comfy pillows a little soft. All usual amenities coffee machine safe TV etc. We had an a la carte breakfast on last day and the dining area was lovely with pull back covering to allow sunlight into the courtyard dining area, food was excellent again service A1. They closed their bar and dining area for summer refit but lots af really nice bars and cafes in walking distance. In short great place, great location, great staff, well done Leo Grand

I LOVED,LOVED, LOVED this boutique hotel! Not only was it in a great location, the decor was impeccable and down right beautiful/unique! From the restaurant "chandelier" to the wall coverings and cheetah carpet in the elevators to the cutest feather lamps, striped carpeting, relief print wall paper and the most comfortable robes ever... best ever!
