Walked to Stephensdom in about 10 min or take metro for two stops. City Airport Train station is across the street. Goes every 30 min for a non-stop 16min ride to Schwechat. You can check-in your bags for your flight at the train stop before 9pm the night before your flight and get your boarding passes. In the morning you save yourself an hour and breeze through to the gate. Took about 10 min to get through passport control on a Monday morning. Hotel is a decent four star. If you don't want to pay for breakfast use the cafe across the street from the main entrance.

Excellent location, close to everything (5 minutes walk to metro station, 15-20 minutes walk to the City centre and all major tourist destinations). Great staff at the Reception desk. Very clean room and surroundings, comfortable beds and very nice bedding. Outstanding breakfast (omelet/eggs, sausages, cold cuts, vegetables, fresh fruit, variety of cheeses, freshly backed pastries, yogurt, juices, excellent coffee - you name it. No need for lunch :).

We stayed in 4 separate rooms and they all were nice and clean. The lighting used in the fixtures is a little harsh but not a problem. The toiletries (soap, shampoo) were very nice and appreciated. Plenty of room and windows that open to let in the fresh air. The elevator will hold 3 adults and 2 luggage. The reception was welcoming and provided directions to the bus which was a short 2 block walk. Breakfast buffet available for additional cost. Plenty of parking in front on the streets (not reserved). We would stay here again.

Stayed in the Junior suite one night. Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff. Nice room. Very limited view. Comfortable bed. Wonderful shower!
Convienant, but mediocre breakfast.
Parking is across the street at train/bus station and could've used a few more words of direction. The hotel has identified spaces underground, but desk did not share. Wound up parking then moving, as hotel spots are right by the hotel entrance (Underground). Worked out fine.
First time visiting Innsbrook and hotel has a decent location. Short walk to shops, Baroque old town and the maze of cafes. Little further and you're at the river with magnificent vistas.
Would recommend the hotel as a good value for price.
