The hotel was great - BIG rooms (rarity in Europe), lovely Danube view, superb restaurant and room service, and the breakfast was A+ rated.
The only issue was that it is a bit away from the attractions of central Vienna. It takes a subway ride (two trains, typically) plus a 5-min walk. So it adds about a 30-min each way to get to the main places.

Excellent room and facilities. However replenishment of tea/ coffee and mini bar could be improved. Originally only green tea, called reception - excellent responce by housekeeping - no issues as maybe normal requirement for guests. However, the following 2 days had to make further requests as not replenished. Orange juice from mini bar but replaced with another apple juice? Small issues but not demonstrate an understanding of guests preferences.
Deep stand alone bath was a bonus after long day sightseeing. Not have breakfast in hotel as felt overpriced ( local cafe opposite park reasonable for breakfast) . Whirlpool in fitness centre like warm bath but pool very cool.

A clean, well appointed hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is near the main railway station but we were not concerned about its location. It is a 15 minute walk from the old centre of the city, but through beautiful gardens so not a problem. The restaurant is superb. We have stayed several times.

The hotel is near to the railway station and easy to find. Check in was easy as I arrived whilst reception was open. Outside reception hours may be tricky in finding your way around. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was rather too near the floor. This made it somewhat difficult to stand up getting out of bed in the morning. The hotel is not in the centre of Graz but the trams to the centre run right past the hotel. However the trams run late at night and early in the morning and can disturb your sleep. There is WiFi in the hotel to use your own computer but there are no terminals for guest use. However the receptionist did allow me to use the hotel computer to print boarding passes for my flight home. The hotel name is B&B Hotel Graz but this should really be B Hotel as there is no breakfast. There is a pleasant snack bar across from the hotel where you can have breakfast.
