Stayed at this Hilton for a week in January. The hotel was warm and comfortable with the usual Hilton quality. Everything worked well - the staff were welcoming and very efficient. Check in and out were both smooth and quick. The facilities were reasonable, the spa was spotless, but it was disappointing that there was no steam room. Breakfast was good, but the reservation of certain tables for Hilton Honors Guests was a bit irritating. The coffee at breakfast was very poor. Given that Vienna is a mecca for coffee lovers, it's a pity the Hilton coffee was almost undrinkable. The bedroom temperature was rather difficult to regulate, despite several attempts to use a simple control panel - it just defaulted back to a centrally determined setting. Although the hotel is a little out of town, the transport links are excellent and a very short walk to the nearby bus/train links soon gets you into the city. Ask the staff for the short cuts. I would usually take taxis, but the network in Vienna is so good, it's worth using public transport. It's a good hotel, with fine views of the Danube (if you have a room on that side). The staff were friendly and helpful. If the price was right, I would use it again.

Overall stay is quite enjoyable. However, on some occasions the staff is quite slow to respond (i asked for shaving kit but it was never delivered to my room, i asked to refill the minibar but took them hours). However, the option of complementary drinks in the minibar is quite a nice surprise. Highly recommended.

You are 5-10 minute walk away from ski hills X4, Village, Cross country trails, Hiking Trails, Water Park, ski jumping, etc. We were well accommodated, treated by wonderful staff! The chef was incredible with high calibre 5 course dinners Christmas Eve and Day. The morning Buffet was more than expected, traditional Austrian fresh deli, vast assortment of fruit, fresh bread, alpine meals, yoghurts, muesli, juices coffee tea, continental, etc. We experienced a true Austrian Christmas and New Year Celebrations at the Hotel and in the village. Christmas Mass at Village Church was heavily attended with full choir and organ. Church bells rang throughout the valleys. Horse drawn carriages a common sight and Christmas markets serving Gluewein amidst Christmas light adorned pedestrian streets. Mountain peeks are in all directions with night time skiing at one of the hills. You are a 25 min ride up from Innsbruck, 1 1/2 hrs from Salzburg, from Bolzano (Italy), and from Munich (GER), or 45 min from Kitzbuhel, or 25 min from Garmisch (GER). We came across this beautiful village 27 years ago at the beginning of our marriage, heading south on alpine roads south of Garmisch and we fell in love with Seefeld back then. This time we came back with our 4 children who very much want to come back again!

Reasonably priced excellent restaurant on site.
Fabulous breakfast although I wish it started earlier than 7:30 as we were keen to get on the slopes in the morning.

Absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful pool with view of the mountains. Spa area is great with a super hot Finnish spa with surely one of the best views in the world (prepare to get naked fellow Brits - no swim costumes allowed!) Food was delicious and the lounge area was sumptuous. The hotel is quite big so is a bit corporate compared to other smaller, cosier boutiquey hotels in town but the views, pool and spa facilities make it the winner for me. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

What for?!?!?! I paid in advance the hotel but they charged 300 EUR per day to mewithout any reason... No I'm running after my money... I'm already complained, but they didn't react...
