Great stay overall

Great stay overall but a hiccup with one service request. We asked for housekeeping to clean the outside balcony area but they never came. At a certain point, we did not choose to follow-up, but we had a great stay overall. The room was delightful and we loved the central location.

The hotel, the staff were just lovely. Only negative was the night we needed help cooling down the room , as it was stifling, and the mechanic who came to the room was not particularly accommodating. Otherwise, everyone was very pleasant and helpful!

We only stayed for a night but we will definitely be coming back every time we visit Montreal. The staff was excellent and helpful when needed. The room was huge and clean and the restaurant and lobby were beautiful. The location is walking distance to old Montreal and the Place des Arts. Highly recommend.
