The manager stole our security deposit and claimed we were smoking, with no evidence either. Judging by the reviews, they do this very often and a lot of users have reported the same issues we experienced -- slow wifi, dirty sheets, and slow service.

The hotel was ok, but they are unethical. I requested a late check out, and they granted me 2 hours. Only later I saw that they have charged my card extra for it, without telling me anything. When I complained, they said nothing could be done about it! The hotel itself is not bad, but beware of these extra undeclared charges.

It was ok. You get what you pay for. If you are looking for high quality that ia not the place to go. There are no coffee machine or kettle in the room, no cups, or dishes but there is a microwave and a mini fridge. The hide a bed was not comfortable and there a many minor repairs to be done. The overall room was clean and the staff was very courteous.

I think the hotel is in business primarily because people with pets can stay there. I saw a lot of pets. Its really not what I expect from a not-at-all cheap hotel in the city centre. Its run down and a bit tacky and lacks amenities. The staff are definitely trained in the Ryanair work to the rules approach. The location is very good. I would not stay there again personally.

Staying here was a terrible experience. It was unbelievably filthy and our room looked like it wasn't vacuumed. There was hair (not ours) all over the bathroom floor. I felt like I needed a shower after being in the elevator and the halls smell like urine. The staff was rude, too.

We arrived at night with the parking full. Walking back to the hotel we were warned by a local we were in a dangerous place to walk (the university parking recommended by the hotel). The morning brought a much better impression of the neighbourhood and hotel.
