Very nice hotel near a main metro station. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only issue is the tight parking. If you have a small car, you should be okay, However if you have a medium or large car, don't use the underground parking. It is very tight and tricky to get in and out (curve radius is small). Also, entering and existing cars share the same one-lane ramp so you might have to back-up on this curve.

We were upgraded to a larger suit with full kitchen. Our room had been updated with new bathroom. Other areas of the hotel were also been worked on. I think this place is great values for money. It includes breakfast but not parking. We felt safe with our kids and would definitely recommend it other families.

The hotel is centrally located and staff is very professional and always willing to assist. Rooms are outdated (old furniture, drawers are hard to open, light features do not work properly [lamps shall be replaced], super dirty carpet, bathtub is in horrible condition). It is shame having a hotel with so much potential in such deplorable condition.

Overall it was a comfortable stay with very nice staff. I did overread the fact that there are shared bathrooms. That's totally on me. The rooms are nicely decorated and cozy, only slightly too chilly for me personally (no way to adjust the room temperature as it's regulated centrally). Breakfast was basically an extended version of continental. So the choices were limited, but quality was good. The location is great and I was able to walk to all places I wanted to go. The only thing that seriously bothered me and made my stay much more complicated was the internet access. It claims to have high speed internet, which I could not experience. In the morning I was able to get about 4-5 Mbps downstream, which was enough to surf the internet. During the day and especially in the evenings, it dropped to below 1 Mbips, which made it sometimes impossible to even load regular websites. Video conferences which I relied on were simply impossible and a major problem for me. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

This the a small and quiet boutique hotel. The clerk at the front desk is very friendly. Nice lobby decor. The room is small but functional. The air-conditioner is a bit too loud though. Breakfast is included and they ask what time you would to have breakfast and it will be delivered to your room. Great ! I didn't have to rush and try to make it to the breakfast by a certain time, like in other hotels.

The Latin Quarter, an area bordering the University of Quebec and lower St-Denis Street, holds a youthful feel with students filling the area and is packed full of theatres, boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, designed by artist and architect Napoléon Bourassa, sits on Ste-Catherine Street.
