I booked through Expedia and if encountered the same situation before. It seems that hotels have certain rooms designated for Expedia pricing and there is no changing anything. The only disappointment was that in our room, the bathroom had a sliding door. This door did not latch or close as a tradition door. Thus your privacy in the bathroom is compromised with whomever may be in the room.

The room was small with no clothes closet, small full bed. But it has everything else a traveler needs. Very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location between campus and state capital downtown area. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Some quirks: open portion of wall (maybe top couple of feet) to bathroom precludes real privacy. Concrete floors are cold underfoot (they do provide free slippers). But it's spacious, the kitchenette is useful, staff very helpful and breakfasts were delicious, if somewhat slow in arrival
