The hotel is close to many convention centers which will help business travelers. Also a block away from back bay station for mass transportation. Also there is a market place next block and great restaurants. It's been a pleasant stay and rooms are decently priced. The room sizes are a bit smallish compared to a typical hotel but its not of a concern over the convenience it provides.

We were able to walk to the Boston Tea Party Museum and it's also very close to a huge Children's Museum that we didn't have time to see.
