We own a cleaning company there was toothpaste on the mirror areas of toilet had spots and build up. Shower needed a deep clean. The rest of the room was clean - bottom sheet had a stain. Suggest throwing out if you can’t get stains out of sheets.

This lovely hotel has the best service staff we have experienced in ages. Every single staff member went out of their way to ensure our every wish was met, all with a smile and great attitude! The breakfast buffet is outstanding and very convenient, the location is perfect, the room was lovely and super clean. Definitely the place to stay in Boston, it's our new favorite!

Really great hotel. My only feedback is that the shower was hard to figure out how to operate on my own and the bed comforter could have been thicker. Other than that, great hotel and would definitely stay again.
