Enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone that worked at the hotel helpful. Room was a little small but very clean. Housekeeping services - outstanding. My only complaint was about the pillows. Asked for foam instead of feather and the foam pillows were terrible!!!!! Buy some new ones. Also, location can’t be beat!!

I’m honestly not sure how this hotel has a 9.4 rating, because our experience was far from “good.” The rooms were dirty and dusty. The wall behind the bed and the ledge were both covered in dust, and the closet door was jammed and chipped with paint peeling off. The main door even had visible screw holes in it. The bathroom was no better. The toilet was dirty and had urine residue from the previous guest. To make matters worse, the other two rooms we booked had no hot water at all, forcing everyone to take cold showers. They also had the same dust and dirty toilets (one with pubic hair). When we mentioned all of this to the front desk, the response we received was nothing more than a dismissive “I’m sorry,” with zero empathy or effort to make things right. Based on our experience, I’d strongly suggest skipping this location. It’s nowhere near the standard its online reviews would have you believe.
