The staff were very good and the room clean but the lack of a kettle in the room was very disappointing. I did contact the hotel and asked if a kettle could be made available but they said no, but to ask the on-site restaurant who would provide mugs and hot water. A partial solution perhaps bit not very convenient first thing in the morning or in the middle of the night. I would suggest that if the hotel don't want to provide one for every room they could keep some available for the guests who request one.

This hotel was PERFECT in every way. Great room, extremely clean, pleasant staff and is in a perfect location. So happy I found it and will definately recommend to anyone looking for a Boston stay.

Our room smelt very musty and almost like a mouse had died somewhere in the room. It was really unpleasant to smell. However, the actual location of the hotel was amazing and super close to Fanueil Hall!
