The front desk woman, Tanya,(Cuban lady) is lovely. She was kind and helpful at every turn! The place is a bit of a maze, but immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than the usual! But as always it is the staff who make the difference! Tanya should open a hospitality training service.

Never going to stay there again!

We arrived at 1:45am after a long day of traveling. It took 45 min for the attendant to find us a room. When we finally got our room it stunk of cigarettes and had blood drips on the bathroom door jam. Disgusting.

The room was not as clean as a room should be. The bathroom still has hair in it, there was stains on the bed. The phone in the room did not work to even contact the desk when we needed wifi information since it wasn't given to us at check in. Breakfast was just mes. It seemed staff couldn't keep up with keeping the areas with food clean, just very unappealing. There was a smell in both our room and in the breakfast room. It was a random booking but we would never book again. We payed way too much for nothing even decent.

We have stayed 3 nights and we moved 4 different rooms. First one doors problem, second one mouse problem (there was a mouse and eat our sneaks at all night), third one hot water problem. Staff is ok. But facility was terrible.
