Great location for the airport. We left out bags as had a late flight. Staff great. I personally feel the room was run down. There was hair left on the glasses by sink, cracked tiles on the floor. The beds were comfy. Not over impressed with house keeping just walking in before 07:30 waking everyone up. I would stay again but feel the cost is high for standard of room

Only complaint - lack of hotel shuttle pick up signage specifying where the shuttle picks up outside terminals; no direct phone service to on site Hotel for help. Expected 15 minute pick up but didn’t know location of Hotel bus; searched baggage claim at Delta specifically, came up empty. I’m 77 so searching for good info/directions very difficult.

The only thing good about this hotel is its location walking distance from the terminal. Walls are thin, could hear guests next door; check in was an interminable wait. Maybe we were unlucky, but I’d hesitate to book again.

Will definitely stay here again!

Although it was a long walk from the terminal with all our bags, Hilton made it easy and quick with an early check in and luggage storage! The valet (very blue eyes) was super helpful and even helped my husband with the Tetris of packing our rental car. We are grateful and will for sure stay here again!

I can imagine that this was once a first class hotel, but it is showing signs of age. Room was clean and housekeeping responsive. Front desk very professional and courteous.I loved the size of the room as my husband is handicapped and his wheelchair was no issue. Overall a great stay.
