I was here Nov 25th 2016. Place was packed, the staff was all very very great to deal with, they have these golf cart trains for getting around the resort which is nice for many different reasons. Room was nice i stayed in building 8 but i found my sheet in my bed to be a little dirty and I didnt have hot water in my bathroom anywhere. You have to use your room keycard for the electricty to work within your room, not a fan of that. If you run out for 10 mins you cant leave the air on for when you get back but its not that horrible. I had checked in 4 hours before check in time and even though the room was not ready I was able to have access to the whole resort and have drinks and food.

"Small Resort, amazing beach. Construction annoying"
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros: our concierge Gerardo did all he could to accommodate every request. Daniel at the pool was always there to set you up on the beach with towels and sun covers. The food was wonderful, we only had one buffet that we weren't fond of but you're always full so can't complain. The resort is a very nice size so the walk to the beach is short.
Cons: The construction was really hard to listen to after a few days and we didn't get to go to the dinner theatre because of it which was one thing I looked forward to. Music was only by the pools which left you only listening to drills hammers etc. Service was slow on the beach at times but the servers are oh so friendly. Zero nightlife so it was a relaxing vacation versus entertaining. The food was the entertainment since the meals were about 2 hours long.

This is our second vacation to Cozumel, both times we stayed for 7 days at the Cozumel Palace. The building is clean, rooms are really nice with fantastic views and the hotel is in a great location in the city. Especially for the ironman race the finish line is just across the street. The room service food is 24 hr and really good and there are 3 in house restaurants and one restaurant outdoors pool side. Roped off swim area in the ocean and beautifully area around the pool with large towels supplied. It's showing a tiny bit of age, doors slam loud at time, English TV 2 channels, nice grocery store across the street. Cruise ship go by few time a day. We like the all inclusive and the perfect location for the ironman triathlon. Awesome staff!

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by such friendly staff. They should us all the amenities. The whole entire service was definitely quality service, from the food to the staff, there's literally nothing to complain about. Definitely coming back for future vacations!
We requested connecting rooms-received. We were surprised on our first day with fruit and wine delivered to our room while we were at supper. Lots to do. Even picky eaters should find plenty to eat. Gorgeous beach, ans in November the main pool was cold.
