We enjoyed everything!!! The staff was great, attentive, welcoming, excellent hospitality, etc. The place is wonderful! Always something to do, see, experience a walk down cukulcan blvd to the gift shops or bathe in the sun with a drink. 3 eventful nights of PARTYING! I leave that for you to see! 👌 trust Us!

We had so much fun and the staff helped make my daughter's 19th birthday extra special! There were kayaks, scuba gear, and knee boards included with our stay along with pool and beach volleyball, a silent disco, and great entertainment!

The were sold out of rooms upon arrival and they didn’t try to resolve the issue at first by putting us in another resort. After 4 hours they finally make accommodations at another resort for one day.

I was offered an upgrade to an oceanfront room. The view was amazing but the only downside was the noise at night from the lobby. There is no ceiling up to the 4th floor. Other than that we had an amazing stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The beach was beautiful and the facilities were very clean.
