Great all inclusive adults only. Smaller and intimate but well done and a great staff. Do not do the Maroma property tour! It's a timeshare pitch and the typical Super pushy high pressure approach. We went just to see the property as we've considered staying there (won't - - really unimpressed even though it's a lot more than many other better hotels). The staff at Capri was excellent, food was good and typical of this kind of resort. Shows were better than normal. Beach was not good, but typical of this area. It's an older property but still has a lot to offer.

The property is very nice, however it is very large, and there is no way to get around but to walk. This is ok for people who are mobile but we had a few people in our party that are handicap and could not move about the resort freely. There is no help in this matter. They basically had to try and flag the bellboys down to catch a ride from one area of the resort to another. That being said, the property is absolutely beautiful, and full of natural places to see lots of animals and nature. The staff are all super friendly and do their very best to make you happy. The main pool was very dirty and could have used a good cleaning. All of the restaurants food is just ok, nothing special about them at all, really it seemed like all of the food at every one of them was the same. The kids area is awesome, our kids had a blast. The beach is clean and a great place to swim and hang out for the day. They have really good entertainment/shows daily, and a good kids club. Overall it's a really cool place, we would stay there again, but there are nicer places for your money. We think if they paid more attention to the cleanliness of their pools, and their food selection we could give them 5 stars, but with those two issues and the difficulty getting elderly people around the resort, we give them 3.5 to 4

it was my first time traveling really out of the US. I was very nervous to travel. booked Novotel because it was beside the hotel that I was having an event at. much cheaper at Novotel but the quality of the place is top notch. the people and staff are so very friendly. answered all my questions, even with the language barrier. I highly recommend Novotel to all who come to Mexico City!!! Muchas Gracias!!
