My wife and I went to celebrate my birthday in Mexico in February. The room was not to her satisfaction she called front after an hour we were given better room. The food was great but was cold at times. The waiters Santiago and Gilberto were very friendly and provide great service every time.

This was our third visit to this resort. Once again, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The entire resort is beautifully maintained. The variety of food choices is excellent. We will be going back next year!

This resort was amazing. It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing vacation. The staff was so friendly. Check in was done in a timely manner and our room request close to the beach was granted to us. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. The fruit and champagne when we arrived was a nice added touch in the room along with a stocked mini fridge. The beach was beautiful. We also took plenty of walks around this huge resort. So much wildlife and beauty to see. The monkeys and raccoons very entertaining to watch. The cats, duck and peacocks roaming around were also fun. The beach and walking the resort is where we spent most of our time. The restaurant selection and food was fantastic! Our favorites were the Brazilian restaurant for breakfast and the Italian and steak restaurants for dinner. Our room was cleaned everyday and fridge restocked nicely in the room. The evening nightlife was great with vendors selling lots of beautiful stuff at stands. The sports bar to hang out. The disco was a lot of fun! The wedding we attended was beautiful on the beach and a reception roof top overlooking the ocean. The staff did an awesome job with the grooms dinner, wedding and reception. My favorite meal was for the reception. The overall experience was wonderful. We will be back!

The lobby, room, and location was nice. The hotel is located in a business district. The hotel is kept nice and clean, so is the room, but besides offering a nice place to sleep and a nice bathroom for freshening up, they don't provide much. There are a lot of cabinets to store your belongings. However the overall lighting of the room was pretty dim, even the desk lamp wasn't bright and shined a warm yellow light. The room doesn't offer a microwave or even a coffee maker but a mini fridge and a safe, and breakfast is not included. So you are not really given the option to eat hot food in your room if you choose not to dine downstairs. I consider this a negative because the Holiday Inn close by offered these amenities at half the price I paid for this hotel. Granted there are many small resturants, coffee shops and corner stores that is of walking distance from the hotel's location. Overall, it was an okay experience. Definitely recommended for travelers who are not expecting much, or will most likely be out the whole day. I personally will probably not choose this hotel again.

Mrs. Arely did an excellent job of taking care of our guests. The entire Fiesta Grand Americana staff makes guests feel welcome and are always ready to provide assistance.
The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, an Apple store and 15 minutes from the Andares mall.
