"Beautiful Details and Yummy Breakfast"
This hotel is all about the details, beautiful staff, yummy breakfast, and laid back vibe. It's well located to downtown Tulum and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. It would be tough to beat LiveTulum! They even accommodated us with our baby. They had a pack n play for us to use which was so helpful!! I also loved the shower and balcony overlooking the pool. All around a good spot!

"Beautiful intimate hotel on the beach "
What a wonderful experience my husband and I had for our 1 year anniversary. The best part besides the hotel itself was our extremely gracious host Juan, who made our visit one of a kind. He went above and beyond anything we ever expected, and we both work in hospitality in Vegas. We ran into some unfortunate events while there and Juans graciousness was so impactful it made it the best trip we've ever had. The hotel was stunning, swim up pool, exceptional breakfast that wasn't just buffet style, amazing food all around! It was secluded as well but not far away from anything we were doing. We will be back in a few months, that's how much we loved it !

"Very clean"
There is no beach at all so pool only and it closes at 8pm. Pool bar closes at 6pm and restaurant on pool level. The food is ok but we found ourselves eating downtown for the flavor. We rented a car and saved a lot of money on driving to excursion spots. Hotels along beach offer a lot to do and see besides downtown. Don't be afraid of the iguanas they run away and are everywhere.

"Perfect location on the beach "
We stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon and had the most incredible time. The location was perfect right on the beach and could here the waves crashing at night. All accomodation on the beach is Eco friendly so there is no air conditioning however you get the breeze from the ocean which is helpful as it was super hot. The rooms are cute little buglows with everything you need, nothing fancy but that's all we needed. Turtles come up and lay eggs at night on the beach and we where lucky to see a few, very cool experience.

"Unique & interesting hotel"
The rooms are cabanas in a mini jungle, 15 minutes from the Main Street in town. I can see how it would appeal to lots of people however you need to have torch/flashlight as the lights in the room are so dim, I could barely see. The restaurant and bar didn't seem to be open which was a shame. I was disappointed and a little annoyed to find that there was no hot water for a shower in the morning especially as it cost £97 for the night.

"Amazing location "
Fernanda at the front desk is informative and knowlegeable. She knows alot about attractions and the town, all of her reccomendations were spot on. Centrally located a 5 minute walk from main strip and you can drive or bike ride most places, ruins beach etc. Clean rooms friendly staff. They offer breakfast which is there only downfall. It is terrible and the same everyday. They should just scrap that.

"Basic beach front cabana."
The beach front location is the selling point of this hotel. The cabana is basic with a full bed, mosquito net and an electric fan. Electricity runs from 7pm to 7am. Wifi is only available in the lobby 24/7. Bug spray is a must and towels requires a deposit of 200 pesos. This place is perfect for people who like to be outside during the day as it gets hot in the cabanas with no electricity. Bathroom is shared but there are options for a cabana with a bathroom. Staff are very helpful. The beach club restaurant has good fish tacos. The beach lounge chairs are for rent for 100 pesos/day. You can rent a bike to town and a taxi will cost about 70 pesos one way. We stayed for 6 nights and we survived. It's not that bad if you know what to expect.

"hotel with style and good location"
It is a stylish hotel with a very friendly staff. They have a bike rental shop and a restaurant just next door, main street is 10 min away by foot. We stayed 2 nights in Tulum, unfortunately they had an issue with the water supply which can happen - we had to take an invigorating cold shower. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay with a good location.

Tulum is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Tulum, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Tulum hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
