Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food options were plentiful with very little wait times and very well done. On site entertainment options were fun and engaging. Very little to say negatively, but this is an older facility and you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways (and vice versa). Additionally you will get a hard sell upon getting to the resort for selling and the joining their club. Pros way out weigh the cons and we had a terrific stay.

This is our second stay at a Secrets brand Resort. It was a last minute very quick trip so I went with a safe familiar option. Secrets knows how to do it right! They keep things clean and the service is great! I felt like a Queen and it was just the relaxing time my husband and I needed to recharge and reset! I know it is the nature of traveling to vacation hot spots but I do get a little annoyed with the upselling and sales pitches. Thankful that Secrets seems to not push too hard and they do back off when you tell them no!

Everyone is very attentive and caring. Nice and clean hotel with the beach right outside. Steakhouse and Italian food was amazing. The only thing was our TV in the room we had trouble connecting to it with our phones. It would keep disconnecting after a few minutes. Our concierge had called for help a few times but the problem still remained.

O hotel está muito bem localizado bem no meio da Zona Hoteleira de Cancún. O edifício do hotel é o mais alto da região proporcionando belas vistas do mar e da lagoa. O hotel é lindo por fora e por dentro e os restaurantes e bares são muito agradáveis, em especial o restaurante Dragons de comida asiática e o enorme e variado buffet chamado Market. Para almoçar uma ótima opção é o restaurante Peruano que fica na área das piscinas com ótima comida. Certamente ficaria novamente no Secrets The Vine numa próxima visita a Cancún.

I was constantly pushed into doing a timeshare meeting. I was told I was not a preferred customer. Smelled like sewage. Dining at steakhouse was told that he had to be in pants and no shorts so we bought pants. They at us next to a guy in shorts. Staff was rude and steak was grisly.

Service was great. Restaurants are not that great. The place feels a little older, and needs a bit of face lift. It’s clean but not like when we were there a few years ago.
