Everything was wonderful!! I did not like all the pressure to buy additional services and upgrades. It was really annoying. They basically do not take no for an answer. But other than that, it was fantastic.

I found the staff at the restaurants, spa, poolside areas and housekeeping to be very friendly and courteous which I really enjoyed. I had a very unfortunate incident with a member of the front desk staff that left me feeling very disrespected and humiliated. Unfortunately, I would never be comfortable going back to this hotel when I return to Cancun

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that I booked ocean view and my room was facing another resort. I also did not like the pool closed at 7pm I wasn’t expecting a curfew at an adult resort.

Most of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did encounter a few people who were not so friendly. The waiter we had at the Italian restaurant our first night was not pleasant and we felt he was annoyed by our presence. The concierge service was great! The food overall was nothing spectacular. The Italian restaurant was not good at all. The hamburger at the grill by the pool was better than the Italian restaurant food. The Bluewater Grill (steak place) was good and very accommodating.

Staff was amazing. Sebastian was a great concierge, always there to help with whatever we needed! De Dios who was a part of the evening preferred club lounge crew was also awesome. Took the time to learn our drink orders right off the bat & even serve us with some special tequila! Last but not least, the crew at the preferred pool area were nothing less than great
