This is one of the better resorts I've stayed at in Cancun. The restaurants were really good, lots too offer also. I only went to the buffet for breakfast and it was great each morning sitting out in the open deck area. The mexican restuarant on site was fantastic, and the Black and White steakhouse offered such a good meal that I ate there twice. Staff were all friendly. If I had to recommend an improvement it would be to have smart TV's that you could use to stream what you like, and the mattress was a bit firm for me. But that aside, I will be staying here again.

The service was amazing. I am usually not a huge fan of all inclusives because the food tends to be well, bad. The food was actually very good. They had premium spirits, and drinks were consistent. The room could use a little updating aesthetically but was clean and the housekeeping service was so good and responsive. Service everywhere from front desk to housekeeping to the airport shuttle was spot on.

Room was nice..the BIGGEST ISSUE was only ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING!!!!! FOR A HOTEL RESORT. OF 8+ floors where guests had to use the stairs most of the time is unacceptable. Elevator "one, " per stafd, has been down for 1+ year. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Room was really clean, they also did special stuff for valentines day, which was a nice touch. only thing about the room was it felt a little damp. Not sure if that’s a consequence of being so close to the ocean. Maybe they can use dehumidifiers in the future improvements for these rooms. The restaurants and pools were not overcrowded, we were able to get chairs every day with no hassle. The pool and dinner service were great, and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable.

The resort was amazing. The food was the best we've ever had. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only 2 complaints we have was the beds were very hard. We scheduled our pick up time at 12:00 pm the day before we left. The day we was suppose to fly out we were standing at the doors at 11:30am waiting. They forget about us not once not twice but 3 times. 2 hours before our flight the person at the front door put us in a van and said we were taken care of. We get to the airport and the person driving the van wouldn't guve us our luggage until we paid him $50.00 dollars. Almost didn't have enough to pay but with change and some ones. We were very upset over that. Other than that we will be back next year. This time we may book our puck up and drop off ourselves and not go through the resort. Over all we had an amazing time meet new friends and that wil not stop us from coming back. We've already started planning for next at the RIU Las America.
