I stayed at this property recently and was extremely disappointed to find a cockroach in my room. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and overall hygiene standards. I was with my little kid,I expect basic cleanliness when staying anywhere, and this experience was unacceptable. I hope management takes immediate steps to address this issue for future guests.

During my stay at Moon Palace, I got bites all over my legs from bed bugs. It was my first time experiencing something like that, so I didn't even know what it was at the time. After I got home, my baby and wife started getting marks too — I thought it was just an allergic reaction, but it turned out to be bed bugs. I’ll never go back there again

Second time wev'e been to this hotel. 7 times to Cancun. Beatriz helped me coordinate our stay again, top rated customer service. She took care of all our needs. Maria scheduled our golf tee times such peace of mind. After we stayed the first night we wanted to change the tee times, Jonathan and Gabriel rescheduled our tee times and were so pleasant and helpful. We loved swimming and playing golf. The food was exceptional. We plan on going every year.

It’s a beautiful property. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Although they do their best to remove it there is a lot of seaweed in the water that washes up on the beach and the water isn’t clear. After checking in we were unable to find an open restaurant. We had to wait until 6pm for them to open and had some difficulty getting reservations.

Busy property probably because it was spring break. The beach was not as nice as you can imagine but the choice of Dining options and food quality makes up for it! The entertainment options and room service was phenomenal. The pool was huge and so many things to do... just don't come here if you just want the blue turquoise experience.

The room service is extremely terrible you have to walk a lot because it’s a big problem, lots of restaurant options but staff can be either very nice or extremely rude depends on who you get the service is also either excellent or sometimes terrible again depends who is providing the service. Rooms are old and dark but I have seen many good places in Cancun better compared to this , they do not match the luxury benchmarks they advertised they have .

Resort is big. Pools are nice. Restaurants were good except the buffet.

Moon Palace Sunrise was lovely. There are 3 Moon Palace hotels located next to one another. They are very safe, within a gated setting. We were in the Sun Rise. The Sunrise has the multiple pools that are usually shown in the advertisement pictures. The other two hotels have pools but not ones that look and feel as relaxing and beautiful as the Sunrise pool area. The staff were friendly, tips are already included so completely optional. The room and facilities are clean. All inclusive includes all drinks and food at restaurants, mini fridge in room, room service, mini golf, all arcade games and ping pong and air hockey-basically everything you need or want. They are very clear if there is an activity or situation where you have to pay. My only annoyance was the constant check in with me to see if I wanted an excision or to spend 90 mins at a sales pitch to get a day pass to the main Grand Moon Palace hotel that has the water park. I walked there and was not impressed and did not feel like I missed out by not taking them up on the day pass. The Sunrise pool has kiddy slides and fun water park kiddy stuff, the other hotel had a single slide for adults and bigger kids. I did not see the waterpark in Grand, but not sure I was missing out. The beach is beautiful but there was seaweed on the shore making swimming less appealing. They did a great job trying to clear it daily. Other than that, a Fantastic, relaxing vacation. Lots to do, beautiful scenery, and friendly staff!
