Overall, place was really nice! Limited options in dining but restaurants and bars outside of the resort are literally a fun bus ride away! Pool was fun, they had many activities for all, such as volleyball, balance challenge. Very easy access to bars, whether you're inside by the lounge, in the pool area, or by the beach. Water was warm, beach was clean, a lot of seating capacity! One thing I didn't appreciate, the markup at their gift store. A pair of Prada's cost $400 USD when at Sunglass Hut, the same model was $200, but I guess that's expected. The interior seems outdated, something out of the late 80's early 90's. Would I go back? I don't see why not!

The resort staff is nice, its clean but theres not much to do. There was only a singer at night until about 1030/11, no karaoke, no games, no dance parties, any other entertainment you have to pay for and/or leave the resort for. alcohol was 11am-12am but was good. 24/7 food sucked, buffet was ok, The 2 onsite restaurants were good. If you want to eat, sleep, and tan but not party or dance or do anything else this is for you. Im 34 married with 2 teen daughters and I wouldnt ever come back unless I was old and didnt want any fun. One of the most basic all inclusive weve ever been too.

this hotel excited my expectations, everything was super clean, the staff was very respectful and always looking for options to accommodate you in all ways possible. the beach and he pools were the cleanest ones I have experienced in my life. The restaurant were chef kiss (I didn’t have one single “bad” meal), everything was delicious, specially the italian one. If you are looking for good food, great beach access, drinks and a clean hotel this is the one for you !

The staff anywhere on the property was excellent, they were so helpful and always had a great attitude. Plenty of food options available with quite the variety, my favorite would have to be the Azul restaurant. Even though I didn’t travel with kids, I saw how many things were available to the kids from baby sitting, kids zone, dance parties, and outdoor beach activities. The room was really clean and would replenish it daily. The events hosted in the evening at the lobby were also a lot of fun. I would come back 100%.
